After a 2 wk hiatus I’m starting back on insanity. I’m doing things a lil differently. Since I work close to home. I walk home which is about a 10/15 min walk then I do insanity as soon as I get home. The walk is my warmup so I skip all that when I’m doing insanity and just get straight to the work outs. I’m also gnna do 2 days a wk at the gym for some cardio and weights. That and dieting I’m hoping to see results soon
